(2)  In future, CHHS may produce comedies as well as dramas. 
(3)  Sophomore and Freshman Class Advisors were paid $108 less per current contract.  CHEA proposal
       brings those two positions up to par with other class advisors.  Was this by design or a mistake?
       If by design, net increase is a "new cost" totaling $216 per existing contract and $220 with 2% increase.
(4)  Middle School and Elementary Math Team Advisors were paid less than other Group V people in the
      current contract.  Middle School math received $500 versus $599 and elementary math received $400
      versus $599.  CHEA proposal brings these three positions into par with other Group V positions.  Was
      this by design or a mistake?  If by design, net increase is a "new cost" totaling $240 (2 X $70, plus $100) in 
      the current contract and $245 with 2% increase.
(5)  Current contract says, "Math Team, Elem (per grade)."   Does this mean per district or per school???  
      Need to change language to clarify either way.
(6)  Spell out criteria as to when advisors receive $50, $100, $150, or $200.
(7)  New positions to be costed-out within new contract.  Estimate: 3 special education chairs @$408 each = $1,224.
